## What Fence does

- **Verification Agency:** verifies financed assets continuously against source data.
- **Calculation Agency:** calculates eligibility, borrowing bases, covenants, interest, fees, waterfalls, and facility reporting.
- **Cash Management:** supports drawdowns, collections, cash controls, reconciliation, and waterfall execution.
- **Data Analysis and Portfolio Aggregation:** provides simulations, projections, and consolidated views across facilities and special-purpose vehicles.
